Any On-duty Injury Or Incident Must Be Reported To Management Immediately:

This includes: Accidents, Yard Damage, Property Damage, Tows, Breakdowns, DOG BITES, and Any Work Related Injury.

If you have been injured at work, you must complete a BWC injury packet, these packets can be found in the truck, with management or you can download this packet here. (Employees who are injured on the job and who are seeking medical attention for a work-related injury must immediately complete to an alcohol and drug screen.)
